SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if your order is placed during a holiday season, shipments may be delayed by a few days. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATE

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. We do ship to Canada and internationally, though international rates will apply. Please contact us at support@dryzzz.com if you have questions about international shipping rates. DryZzz is not responsible for any tariffs, taxes, or fees applied to your order after purchase. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING

DryZzz is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged or if your order is lost in the mail, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase; shipping expense is the responsibility of the customer. Please email support@dryzzz.com for a return authorization. Products eligible for return must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging. If the DryZzz you received is damaged or flawed, please contact us immediately so we may assess and send you a new DryZzz. We will not accept returns or replace products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
